Responsible gaming policy

1. Responsible Gaming

Organiser supports Users of interactive gambling by offering them a comprehensive range of gaming and entertainment options. The Organiser is socially responsible for its products. The aim of the Organiser is to deliver its Users with the world's safest and most innovative gaming platform for adults. Clear and secure product offering allows each User to play according to their financial capacity, which lets everyone obtain the highest quality service and products. Integrity, honesty and trustworthiness are the fundamental principles of the Organiser.

Most of the Users that indulge themselves in sports betting, play casino games, or use any other products offered by the website, do so for their leisure commitment driven by entertainment. Just as some habits and behaviours that are considered normal and do not cause concern (e.g., shopping, sports, eating or consumption of alcohol), some people may develop addiction towards these which may cause problems. Exactly in the same manner, sports betting or other forms of gambling, creating problems can trigger an addiction for a separate group of Users. Users who report gambling addiction and have submitted such an application to the Organiser are prohibited from any further participation in gambling on the Organiser webpage. Users who are experiencing addiction problems and need help have available contacts on our website of someone who can offer professional help and support in solving their problems.

That is exactly why the Organiser is doing everything possible to avoid problems and to reduce the probability of issues that occur when people taking part in gambling, especially in case of an irresponsible game, lose control of themselves. This process is performed while simultaneously keeping and respecting the Users who are participating in gambling purely for entertainment purposes.

1.1 Any person with a gambling problem must not sign up for an User account or play under any circumstances. If a User discovers that he has a gambling problem after registration, User is required to seek professional help and cease using any services Organiser provides on Website.

1.2 The User can at any time demand to have the access to their User account denied by uploading to his User's account a correctly filled in statement form. After receiving such an application, the Organiser processes the document within 7 calendar days and after the deactivation request is processed successfully, the Organiser prohibits the access to the User account, paying out all winnings to the User's registered credit institution’s account. To restore access to their User account, the User must sign an application and send it to the Organiser via email: [email protected].

1.3. Access to the User account will be restored after receiving an application from User.

1.4. If the User has their access blocked, the account information will be instantly synchronized and the User will not receive any advertisements from Organiser during the selected time period.

1.5. All bets placed before User restricts or limits User account will stay in force and will be calculated as should.

1.6. All the bets placed before the User voluntarily self-excludes, sets Timeout or limits using any of Organiser provided limits will remain in force and will be calculated as should.

1.7. The Organiser is not responsible for any losses incurred due to User creating a new account, using partly or completely fake information, as a way to bypass the self-exclusion to the User account.

1.8. Responsible gaming in Organiser`s website is based on three basic principles: User Safety, Game Security and Protection from gambling addiction. The Organiser is working to create a safe, responsible and reliable online environment for interactive gambling.

1.9. Every employee of the Organiser's team is committed to adhering to and following policies to protect users from unreasonable betting. The Organiser operates in strict compliance with the Gambling Act and any additional regulations concerning the lawful conduct of betting and fair betting are absolutely guaranteed.

2. User Safety

2.1 User Safety is based on prohibiting minors to participate in gambling, as well as protection of Users' privacy, which includes data and payment processing.

2.2 Marketing communication is focused on User protection:

2.2.1 The Organiser deliver Users just what is advertised, no hidden terms and incomprehensible conditions;

2.2.2 The Organiser in advertisement is not targeting minors;

2.2.3 The Organiser in the advertisement is not using minors.

2.3 Fairness of game and the principle of randomness of game are strictly monitored by the regulatory body in the Republic of Bulgaria.

3. Protection of minors

3.1 Organiser considers participation of minors in gambling a serious problem and is therefore categorically against it. In order to ensure the best protection against minor participation in gambling:

3.1.1 Organiser does not allow minors (persons under age of 18) to participate in gambling.

3.1.2 Confirmation that a person has reached 18 years of age and birth data validation is mandatory.

3.1.3 Organiser recommends User to install filter software on its device. Such software allows users to restrict access with a password to internet resources, which are not suited for minors.

3.1.4 Organiser insit parents and guardians of a minor, and asks that all the account details and access data to the gambling website (username and password) are kept safe and out of reach of a minor and are not easy to guess by minor (requires at least 8 symbols with additional safety measures).

4. User responsibility and awareness is the most sustainable form of preventive measures

4.1 Organiser assumes as a basic principle that the final decision and responsibility on whether to play or not and how much money to spend for entertainment, is the responsibility of the User, not the Organiser. User`s own responsibility is the most effective method of protection against addiction. The Organiser sees its responsibility in ensuring assistance to Users and providing them with easily comprehensible, reliable and clear products by ensuring complete information and maintaining a clear plan of action.

4.2 Organiser offers different types of games and bets that most consumers see as entertainment, at the same time the Organiser takes responsibility for its Users by providing support and tools for a safe entertainment environment.

4.3 If necessary, Organiser blocks access to its services for Users who have difficulties in assessing risks, limit themselves, or those who suffer from gambling addiction, and are unable to enjoy the process responsibly (do not perceive it as pure entertainment). This is done in order to protect Users and to help them to cope with addiction.

4.4 Organiser offers different types of protection tools User can apply to his User account, such as daily, weekly and monthly limitations to transactions, Users spendings in the Website, time limits or User account funding transactions limitations.

4.5 Organiser allows User to apply protection tools instantly by downgrading the chosen limits. If User wishes to increase the previously downgraded limit, there is a 48 hours pending period after User requests to increase the limit. Only after a 48 hours waiting period User can approve the increase (users can decline it as well), after User has approved the particular limit will be increased.

4.6 Organiser ensures best efforts in good faith on the development and maintenance of technical tools for User responsible gaming limitations, however Organiser is not liable in cases when responsible limit malfunction is caused by third party system malfunction, hardware or software failure and cases when it is outside of Organisers direct control.

5. Problematic behaviour and what behaviour is considered an addiction

5.1 The Organiser insists that people should gamble only for entertainment purposes. Moderate participation in gambling, taking into account the User's financial situation, is completely acceptable, however, for some people gambling is not just a form of entertainment. This factor is a major challenge that must be considered by both the Organiser and the Users themselves.

5.2 Problematic gambling behaviour is regarded as one that begins to interfere with a person’s private life, employment, health condition, family situation; or that worsens one’s financial situation. Long gambling sessions are not recommended for individuals and may lead to negative consequences. In 1980, pathological gambling addiction was officially recognised and included in the International Classification of Psychological Diseases (DSM-IV and SSK-10). It is defined as an increasing desire to play games with increased game duration and frequency, regardless of the individual's social conditions and such factors as growing debts and obligations, crippled career and family problems.

5.3 An expert can only perform an accurate diagnosis of gambling addiction. However, materials posted on this site will help User to assess and identify User’s playing behaviour and potential risks. Under no circumstances do they serve as a determining factor of a diagnosis. Gambling addiction is dangerous from the point of view that, unlike with substance addiction, it is difficult to draw the line between pleasure and addiction. However, some diagnostic signals may point to an existing problem. In case the answer is "yes" to at least seven of them, there is a high probability that User suffer from gambling addiction and require specialist assistance:
