Bonus policy

1. General Bonus Rules

1.1 Customers can only have a single account with Organiser and as result all User offers are limited to one per person. To be completely clear this means one offer per household address, IP, email address, telephone number, payment method (e.g. debit or credit card, NETeller etc). Accounts on shared computers are also limited to a single account, e.g. public library or workplace. Organiser reserves the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to any User or group of Users at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion.

1.2. Where any term of the offer or promotion is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a User or group of Users, which due to a deposit offer, enhanced payments, free bets or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed User profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, Organiser reserves the right to reclaim the bonus element of such offers and in their absolute discretion either settle bets at the correct odds, void the free bets or void any bet funded by the deposit bonus. In addition, the Organiser reserves the right to levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the deposit bonus, free bet or additional payment to cover administrative costs. Organiser further reserves the right to ask any User to provide sufficient documentation for Organiser to be satisfied in its absolute discretion as to the Users identity prior to Organiser crediting any bonus, free bet or offer to their account.

1.3. Users understand that bonuses, rewards, discounts, risk free bets or special offers (later in text used as Promotion) are subject to certain conditions and the User should read the full Promotion terms and conditions before enrolling and participating in any Promotion offered by Organiser.

1.4. Promotions may be in accordance with these standard Promotional terms - unless otherwise specified in specific Promotion terms and conditions any Promotion may be used only once, and User is not entitled to withdraw any Promotion amounts or redeem any rewards without first fully complying with the applicable terms specified in Promotion and General Promotional terms specified here.

1.5. The bonus amount, type, terms and conditions and validity of each promotion offer shall be determined in the promotion terms and conditions of the specific offer posted on the website www.everbet.bg and/or in the individual User's account and/or sent via User's registered email or sms, the standard promotional rules and conditions being also applied thereto.

1.6. The type of bonus and the size of it may vary and User may be requested to wager the bonus money in order to withdraw the funds. For this reason, users at all times before participating in promotion should familiarise themselves and make sure User will be able to comply with the terms and conditions of the specific offer.

1.7. Promotional offers are generally only valid for a specific period, and if this is the case, the validity period will be specifically stated. Once the validity period expires, the promotional offer will no longer be available. It is the User’s sole responsibility to routinely check whether they have received a promotional offer and to ensure that any promotional offers are accepted within the validity period.

1.8. If User is eligible for a bonus, wagering requirements will apply before User is able to make any withdrawals of the bonus or the winnings of bets made using bonus money. Wagering requirements can vary and will be displayed and made available for User to read once User receives the bonus. Unless User completes the wagering requirements, User will be unable to withdraw bonus money.

1.9. There are two modalities of wagering activation:

• - On Credit: If the bonus User is receiving has got on credit wagering activation it would mean that it becomes with active status the moment User has obtained it and the wagering will start immediately with User's next bet.
• - On Spend: If the bonus User has received has got on spend wagering activation it would mean that Bonus will remain in an Inactive status until User has played out all of its real money funds and Bonus will become active and ready to wager only then.

1.10. Users can make a withdrawal before they have fulfilled the wagering requirement, but then User will lose its bonus money. On the withdrawal page, User will be informed that User will lose his/her bonuses if User chooses to make a withdrawal. Once User chooses to proceed with its withdrawal, User bonus money is lost; even if User cancels its withdrawal before this is accepted from Organiser end, the process cannot be reversed to restore User's bonus money.

1.11. Unless stated otherwise at the Specific Promotional Terms the maximum bonus amount that can be converted into real cash after the wagering requirements have been met is BGN 10000.00 / EUR 5000.00.

1.12. Real money bonuses don’t have any wagering required and the amount won will be added to the real money balance and is withdrawable immediately.

1.13. All Organiser offers, bonuses and promotions are intended for recreational players and Organiser may at its sole discretion limit the eligibility of Users to participate in all or part of any promotion.

1.14. The Organiser may, at its sole discretion, exclude any User from receiving promotional offers.

1.15. Organiser reserves the right to remove or cancel any Promotion in User account which may have been obtained by abusing the system or fraud, to remove any Promotion to any User or group of Users at its own discretion without being held liable.

1.16. Organiser reserves the right in case of fraudulent conduct on the part of a User aiming to illegally take advantage of a Promotional, to deduct any balance from the User's account of the participating in Promotion and received because of illegal actions as well as the amount of any possible losses incurred.

1.17. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim Promotion or change the Promotion terms and conditions of any Promotion, at any time, at the discretion of the Organiser.

1.18. Where any term of the offer or promotion is breached by User or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a the User or group of Users, which due to a deposit offer, enhanced payments, free bets or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed User profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, Organiser reserves the right to reclaim the bonus element of such offers and in its absolute discretion either settle bets at the correct odds, void the free bets or void any bet funded by the deposit bonus. Organiser further reserves the right to ask any User to provide sufficient documentation for Organiser to be satisfied in its absolute discretion as to the User's identity prior to us crediting any bonus, free bet or offer to their account.

1.19. If User knowingly attempts to circumvent Organiser's systems by using a virtual private network connection to participate in jackpots which User would otherwise not be eligible to participate in, User shall be deemed to have breached these terms. Organiser reserves the right to withhold all winnings or deposits made in such cases.

1.20. Organiser's decision on a dispute in relation to any promotion will be final. Entries that do not comply in full with the General Terms and Conditions of Organiser, will be voided.

1.21. Individual promotions and offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated otherwise.

1.22. Unless stated otherwise at the Specific Promotional Terms users can only progress wagering for one active bonus at a time, if User has more than one active bonus, wagering will be progressed in the order in which they were claimed and any subsequent bonuses will become active once the first is completed or expired.

1.23. These General Bonus Rules are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Organiser.

1.24. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these General Bonus Terms and the Specific Promotional Terms, the Specific Promotional Terms shall prevail, followed by these General Bonus Rules, but only to the extent necessary to resolve such conflict or inconsistency.

2. Casino Bonus General Rules

2.1. A Casino bonus can mean bonus spins or free spins, cashbacks or extra money to play for directly or extra money User receives after making a deposit or any other action Organiser have invited User to take.

2.2. When activating the bonus, the amount of the bonus shall enter the Bonus Balance, which is separate from the balance of real funds. The corresponding funds in the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn and cannot be used for bets on games other than the games valid for the respective bonus and for bets that do not meet the requirements of the bonus offer.

2.3. Casino Bonuses and Rewards are subject to certain conditions. The type of bonus and the size of it may vary and users need to wager the bonus money in order to withdraw the funds. 2.5. Bonus Spins or Free Spins

2.5.1. With bonus spins a User gets to play for free on a game in the casino with the same chance of winning as when a User plays with their own money. Winnings on bonus spins are converted to bonus money and are usually subject to a wagering requirement. Wagering requirements can vary and will be displayed and made available for User to read once User receives the bonus. Unless User completes the wagering requirements, User will be unable to withdraw bonus money.

2.5.2. If not stated otherwise at the Specific Promotional Terms the maximum amount that can be received and converted into real cash from the free spins or bonus spins winnings is BGN 200.00 / EUR 100.00.

2.6. Other Casino Bonus Rules

2.6.1. Individual bonus campaigns can have specific details and terms, in this case such information shall be made available to the User. User is to note that any specific terms relating to any particular bonus and/or promotion will take precedence over these Bonus Policy Terms and Conditions in the event of there being any inconsistency or discrepancy.

2.6.2. Unless stated otherwise at the Specific Promotional Terms during game play, if User has an active bonus, received from promotional campaigns, the maximum bet is of BGN 10.00 / EUR 5.00 per spin. This includes any double up, quadruple bets and gamble features within the game that can be more than the maximum bet of BGN 10.00 / EUR 5.00. If such transactions are present, the bonus and any winning associated with it will be removed. The bonus is intended for recreational purposes only.

2.6.3. The maximum bet allowed when using bonus money is of BGN 10.00 / EUR 5.00 per spin for all bonuses if stated otherwise at the Specific Promotional Terms until User's wagering requirements have been fulfilled. The Organiser reserves the right of voiding bets and winnings resulting from bets of larger amounts. Any cash winnings derived from gameplay made with bonus transactions more than BGN 10.00 / EUR 5.00 will be forfeited and removed from the cash balance.

2.6.4. Organiser awards bonuses and entry to selected promotions in good faith to Users who use Organiser services for entertainment purposes and as a token of appreciation for User's loyal play. Bonuses and entry to promotions will be revoked, denied or withdrawn from Users who abuse the spirit of Organiser offers. ‘Abuse’ refers to User who by any other means obtains an unfair or unintended advantage. In cases where Organiser suspects that the User is acting in bad faith, Organiser reserves the right to cancel a bonus offer at any time in case of any suspected abuse of the offer and to terminate the offender’s account with immediate effect. At Orgainser sole discretion, Organiser may not issue refunds of any deposits, balances or winnings generated on the account should abuse be suspected. 2.6.5. Users will only be able to receive or benefit from offers that apply to User's country of residence and, where stated, deposit payment method. The Organiser reserves the right to vary the amount of bonuses granted depending on the user’s country of residence. The Organiser also reserves the right to offer a specific bonus to a specific User or group of Users. Moreover, without prejudice to Users who had already opted-in in a promotion, Organiser reserves the right to terminate a bonus offer without notice, to change the terms of a bonus offer and/or to exchange one type of bonus offer for another at its sole discretion.

2.6.6. While playing with wagers made using their bonus balance, Users are strictly prohibited from delaying the playing of a game round until after the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met, and/or they have deposited new funds. This includes all bonuses and/or bonus spin modes and features which may arise as a result of wagers made using the User’s bonus balance. In the event that this occurs, the Users agree that their bonus and/or any associated winnings may be voided.

2.6.7. Before any withdrawals are processed, User's play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. For fair gaming purposes, equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting, double or quadruple betting in some of the providers shall all be considered irregular gaming for Bonus play through requirement purposes. In the interests of fair gaming, equal, zero or low margin bets (on table games, likelihood of return on wager is greater than 95%) or hedge betting, shall all be considered irregular gaming for the purpose of meeting any roll-over requirements. Other examples of irregular game play include but are not limited to:

Winnings on any bonus spins can be subject to Wagering Requirements before becoming withdrawable. Bonus funds convert automatically to real money once the Wagering Requirement is completed. Unless User completes the wagering requirements, User will be unable to withdraw its bonus money. Users can make a withdrawal of its deposit balance before User has fulfilled the wagering requirement, but then User will lose its bonus money.

2.6.11. These Casino Bonus Rules are subject to the General Bonus Rules and to General Terms and Conditions of Organiser.

3. Live Casino Bonus Rules

3.1. Wagering Requirements apply. Unless stated otherwise at the Specific Promotional Terms for all Casino bonuses The wagering requirement is 30 times the sum of the deposit and bonus amount for a period of 30 days, before withdrawal. Bonus funds convert automatically to real money once the Wagering Requirement is completed. Unless User completes the wagering requirements, User will be unable to withdraw his/her bonus money. Users can make a withdrawal of its deposit balance before he/she has fulfilled the wagering requirement, but then User will lose its bonus money.

3.2. If not stated otherwise at the Specific Promotional Terms Games contribute toward the wagering requirement of the Live Casino Bonus in the following way:

• - Live Roulette, Sic bo - 20%
• - Live Blackjack, Poker - 10%
• - Live Baccarat, Craps - 0%
• - All other games with live dealers – 100%
• - Slots and Table Games without live dealers: 0%

3.3 Minimal risk wagering cannot contribute to the requirements of live casino bonuses. Users who make minimal risk wagering can have these bonuses, cash prizes and other possible winnings revoked. 'Minimal risk wagering' means all those bets that cover more than 65% of the possible combinations and betting on both red and black in roulette (and all other equal bets).

Some examples:

3.4. These Live Casino Bonus Rules are subject to the General Bonus Rules and to General Terms and Conditions of Organiser.

4. Sports Betting Bonus General Rules

4.1. A sports betting bonus can mean Free bets, guaranteed best price, cashback and rebate bonuses, Risk Free Bets, enhanced prices, money-back specials, extra money to play for directly or extra money User receives after making a deposit or any other action Organiser have invited User to take.

4.2. System bets, Cashed out and voided bets do not qualify for any promotion unless otherwise stated.

4.3. Free bets and Risk Free Bets

4.3.1. Free Bets cannot be split and/or divided. A Free Bet must be used in one instance and in its entirety unless otherwise stated.

4.3.2. Any returns from a Free Bet are paid exclusive of the stake, for example: if you backed a selection at odds 3.0 with a BGN 20.00 / EUR 10.00 Free Bet, your winnings would be BGN 40.00 / EUR 20.00.

4.3.3. Free Bets are not withdrawable.

4.3.4. Free Bets cannot be cashed out.

4.3.5. Free Bets placed on bets that are voided will not be paid out as winners, but Users will get the Free Bets re-applied to their account, unless the event is over, the expiry date has been reached or any specific promotional terms apply.

4.3.6. Organiser reserves the right to exclude, cancel or remove Free Bets and Free Bet winnings from accounts that Organiser deems to be fraudulent.

4.3.7. Qualifying Bets in order to receive Risk Free Bet or Free Bet must be placed with real money.

4.3.8. Unless stated otherwise qualifying bets that are cashed out or that are placed on markets that are made void will not qualify for the Risk Free Bet or Free Bet.

4.4. Other Sports Bonus Rules

4.5. Individual bonus campaigns can have specific details and terms, in this case such information shall be made available to the User. User is to note that any specific terms relating to any particular bonus and/or promotion will take precedence over these Bonus Policy Terms and Conditions in the event of there being any inconsistency or discrepancy.

4.6. Sports betting Bonuses may have a wagering requirement that needs to be completed within a given time frame before any potential winnings and/or bonuses can be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirements of a Bonus means the total amount of bets User must stake before the Bonus and any accrued winnings are transferred into User's Cash Balance and can be withdrawn.

4.7. The Wagering Requirements for each Sports Betting Bonus are set out in the specific terms for the Bonus along with a time limit by which this amount must be played through. Sports betting bonus wagering requirements may include Min./Max. odds and Min./Max. stake for a bet to contribute towards Bonus wagering. Only bets that have been placed and settled during the campaign period will be considered towards the wagering requirements. Any bets that are placed and settled outside this period will not count.

4.8. Unless stated otherwise on the specific terms for any Sports Bonus, the wagering requirement for sports bonuses is 6 times the sum of the deposit and bonus amount for a period of 30 days, on minimum odds 2.0 and maximum bet of BGN 100.00 / EUR 50.00.

4.9. Unless stated otherwise Virtual sport bets are not valid to wager bonus money.

4.10. Any evidence or reasonable suspicion that specific bets were placed on any Sports Event (i.e. betting in proportions on different outcomes in the same betting market to create "action") without risk will not qualify for any wagering requirement. Examples of bets without risk include betting on Odd/Even markets within the same event, betting opposite outcomes on Winner, Handicap, Total and other 2way markets. If users are found to be colluding with another User, for example, one person betting on outcome A, the other betting on outcome B at the same market, Users will have their bets cancelled, accounts closed and all deposits made by such Users may be forfeited.

4.11. Where any bonus is capable of (for example due to enhanced odds) giving User guaranteed or increased chances of profits irrespective of the outcome; and Organiser have any evidence or reasonable suspicion that User have placed a bet or multiple bets (alone or in a group of Users) on such a bonus, then Organiser may withdraw the bonus and all winnings attained by User during the wagering of the bonus and Organiser may also close User account and withhold all funds remaining on User Account at its absolute discretion.

4.12. Any sports betting promotions are subject to the General Bonus Rules and to General Terms and Conditions of Organiser.
