1. Definitions of Terms Used
Organiser — within the meaning of these Rules, the organiser Everbet BG EOOD (UIC 207058661), address ul. "Otets Paisiy" 42, 9000 Varna, Bulgaria is a company incorporated in Bulgaria which is subject to regulation by the National Revenue Agency of the Republic of Bulgaria and is licenced according to the Gambling Act. with the issued licence: licence number No. 000030-4865/13.06.2025, reflecting the current status of a licence for organising casino games, issued by virtue of Decision No. 000030-4187 /21.05.2025.
User — a person who makes a bet (places a wager) on the Organiser’s website and bears personal responsibility for the bet made.
Website – means website www.everbet.bg, which is located on the Organisers servers.
Bet – means any bet, stake, wager or similar made by the User in relation to the services. The bet guarantees the User’s obligations to the Organiser.
Betting limit — the maximum permissible bet determined by the Organiser for each particular outcome.
Placement of a bet — an agreement between the Organiser and the User on placement of a bet in the wager organised by the Organiser, on conditions of which the losing party must fulfil its obligations to the other party.
Account — a User account is a close access page created by the User upon registration at www.everbet.bg. The User shall use his User Account on his own behalf only.
Deposit — an amount of money transferred by the User to the Organiser’s account when replenishing the User Account for betting.
Withdrawal – an amount of real money transferred by the User from the Organiser’s account, when winning is paid out, money is transferred to the User's bank account or other verified User's payment method.
Legitimate Winnings – means winnings legitimately and legally won by the User in using the services and that have been won by the User fairly and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and that are not subject to any reasonable objection by the Organiser, less the following: (a) any rake or commission due to the Organiser; (b) other entry or other fees due to the Organiser for the User`s use of the services; and (c) any charge backs made by User`s bank or other financial provider used by the User in relation to the services. For the avoidance of doubt, if the User has breached any of the Terms and Conditions, any winnings won by the User shall not be Legitimate Winnings and therefore, the Organiser shall have no obligation whether under contract or otherwise to pay such to the User.
Bet return — a winning, which is calculated using the coefficient 1.
Cancelled bet — a winning, which is calculated using the coefficient 1.
Random Number Generator (RNG) – is a mathematical construct that is designed to generate a random set of numbers that does not display any patterns in their appearance or generation, hence the word random.
Services – mean the provision by us of gambling and gambling products and services via the website.
Software – means all software on the website and/or comprising the website, including the gambling software.
Device – means any application access devices, including but not limited to personal computers, laptops, mobile phones, tablet, hand-held devices employed for the use of and access to the website and participation in the services.
2. General Casino Rules
2.1. Basic Rules
2.1.1. The Organiser shall act in accordance with regulatory enactments of the Republic of Bulgaria; therefore, in the case of dispute, the effective regulatory enactments of the Republic of Bulgaria will be applied. The National Revenue Agency of the Republic of Bulgaria supervises compliance of the Organiser’s activities with the effective regulatory enactments of the Republic of Bulgaria.
2.1.2. Organiser accepts Bets for casino games and other gambling products only through the Website via the internet and/or devices in compliance with the Terms and Conditions. Bets are not accepted in any other form (whether by post, email, fax or otherwise) and the result of any Bet not submitted in accordance with the Terms and Conditions will be voidable at the Organiser`s discretion.
2.1.3. The Organiser offers gambling services on its Website, regularly updating its offerings and other gambling services that are available on the Website.
2.1.4. All Bets must comply with the relevant game rules offered by the Organiser on the Website and to the Terms and Conditions. Bets that do not comply will be cancelled.
2.1.5. Each individual casino game offered by the Organiser is subject to individual game rules and paytable that are available to the Users by opening the corresponding casino games interface. Users should familiarise themselves with the individual game rules and playtable before placing bets.
2.1.6. Users are informed and acknowledge that the provided service on the Website implies the element of luck and randomness. By paying a participation bet, Users may gain the winnings or lose the bet without any winnings, which wholly or partially depends on luck and circumstances that have not previously been known to anyone. Where the element of luck is based on a computerised random number generator (RNG), the fairness of the game is certified by the internationally recognized independent certification and testing authority and is in no way influenced by the Organiser.
2.1.7. Artificial intelligence or software (commonly called “bots”) are not allowed to be used. Any Bet using the foregoing or attempting to use the foregoing will be cancelled and the respective account will be closed.
2.2. Casino Limits
2.2.1. Minimum amount of the bet is different for each individual casino game and is shown in each individual game's interface.
2.2.2. Maximum amount of the bet is different for each individual casino game and is shown in each individual game's interface.
2.2.3. The Organiser may increase or decrease the Minimum and Maximum bet allowances at its own discretion.
2.3. Bet placement
2.3.1. To place any real money bets User has to have funds on his User's account balance that is equal to or more than the individual game's permissible minimum betting limit. Bets will only be valid if the User's balance was deducted in full respectfully to the bet.
2.3.2. Bets will be deemed valid and accepted by the Organiser when a transaction identification is displayed in the User`s account and transaction history is updated.
2.3.3. User is responsible for all use, activities and transactions on the User`s account in respect of the following (whether the usage, activity or transaction is authorised by the User or not).
2.3.4. It is the User's responsibility to ensure that the details of Bets placed by the User are correct. Once the User`s Bet has been placed, the User can no longer cancel, revoke or change the Bet.
2.4. Bet settlement
2.4.1. Every successfully placed bet will return with a result. If the result that was generated by the game provider RNG has winnings, the funds that the User has won will be added to the User's balance.
2.4.2. The bet is considered settled when the bet round is shown as settled in the User's profile history. Once the bet is settled the User has the ability to place another bet to start the next game round.
2.4.3. If the bet was placed unsuccessfully, the bet will be considered void and funds that were used to place a bet will be returned in the same amount to the User's balance.
2.4.4. In respect of any Bet and the associated transactions therewith, the Organiser`s decision is final and conclusive.
2.5. Bet disruptions
2.5.1. Organiser is not liable for any downtime, server disruptions, lagging, or any technical disturbance to the services or service availability.
2.5.2. Organiser shall accept no liability for damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with the Website or its content; including without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person's misuse of the site or its content or any errors or omissions in content.
2.5.3. In the event a game is started but miscarried because of a failure of the system and it is not possible to restore the round, the Organiser shall refund the amount wagered in the game to the User by crediting it to the User’s account.
2.5.4. If an error occurs in relation to the Website or in relation to any Bets or any events or circumstance on which Bets have been made, all relevant Bets may be void. In the event of any system error in relation to the Website or casino game system, the Organiser reserves the right to void any Bets.
2.5.5. In the event of Game malfunctions all Bets and wins are voided.
3. Casino game special features
3.1. Placed Bets in the Organiser's provided casino games, including in-game features, options, side bets or anything of the sort, are subject to individual game rules and all placed bet amounts or calculations of the received winnings are in accordance with these individual game rules and paytable available in the each individual game.

2.1.6. Users are informed and acknowledge that the provided service on the Website implies the element of luck and randomness. By paying a participation bet, Users may gain the winnings or lose the bet without any winnings, which wholly or partially depends on luck and circumstances that have not previously been known to anyone. User acknowledges that the random number generator (RNG) or live dealing provided on the Website will determine the shuffling and dealing of cards, spinning of the ball and wheel, shaking of the dice, the outcome of the games and other randomly generated events that are part of the services and User agrees to accept such shuffling and dealing of cards, spinning of the ball and wheel, shaking of the dice and the outcomes of the game and other randomly generated events performed by the RNG or live dealer as final and conclusive.

2.3. Bet placement

2.3.3. User is responsible for all use, activities and transactions on the User`s account in respect of the following (whether the usage, activity or transaction is authorised by the User or not).
2.3.4. It is the User's responsibility to ensure that the details of Bets placed by the User are correct. Once the User`s Bet has been placed, the User can no longer cancel, revoke or change the Bet.
2.3.5. Poor network connection between the User and the Organiser or the poor User equipment may cause disturbances or delays during the game and cause the User not to be able to make a move in time. When no decision is made, the system automatically selects Stand or “no action” position. The Organiser is not liable for such disturbances and automatic system actions.
2.4. Bet settlement
2.4.1. Every successfully placed bet will return with a result. If the result that was generated by the random number generator (RNG) or live dealing determined with shuffling and dealing of cards, spinning of the ball and wheel, shaking of the dice, the funds that the User has won will be added to the User's balance.
2.4.2. The bet is considered settled when the bet round is shown as settled in the User's profile history. Once the bet is settled the User has the ability to place another bet to start the next game round.
2.4.3. If the bet was placed unsuccessfully, the bet will be considered void and funds that were used to place a bet will be returned in the same amount to the User's balance.
2.4.4. In respect of any Bet and the associated transactions therewith, the Organiser`s decision is final and conclusive.
2.5. Bet disruptions
2.5.1. Organiser is not liable for any downtime, server disruptions, lagging, or any technical disturbance to the services or service availability.
2.5.2. Organiser shall accept no liability for damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with the Website or its content; including without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person's misuse of the site or its content or any errors or omissions in content.
2.5.3. In the event a game is started but miscarried because of a failure of the system and it is not possible to restore the round, the Organiser shall refund the amount wagered in the game to the User by crediting it to the User’s account.
2.5.4. If an error occurs in relation to the Website or in relation to any Bets or any events or circumstance on which Bets have been made, all relevant Bets may be void. In the event of any system error in relation to the Website or live casino game system, the Organiser reserves the right to void any Bets.
2.5.5. In the event of Game malfunctions all Bets and wins are voided.
2.5.6. In the event of live casino game providers “human error”, which is not corrected by the live casino game provider on the spot the User may contact the live casino game provider directly using the available live chat on the live casino game providers interface or contact Organisers customer support to resolve the issue through mediation.
3. Live Casino Game Special Features
3.1.
