Deposit and withdrawal rules

1. Deposit

1.1. Once you have registered your User account you will be able to deposit funds and participate in our provided gambling products.

1.2. You are able to deposit funds to your User account by using the following deposit methods. The payment method providers must operate legally on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and/or the European Union. Please note that you have to use a payment method that belongs solely to you:

  • - Neteller
  • - Payment initiation service (direct bank transfer)
  • - Skrill
  • - Paysafe
  • - ePay
  • - EasyPay
  • - FastPay
  • - CashTerminal
  • - A1
  • - Credit/Debit card

1.3. The minimum amount you can deposit to your User’s Account using any payment method is BGN 10.00 / EUR 5.00.

1.3. If a payment method you are using charges a transfer fee, please note, that this will be covered by you directly with your payment method’s provider.

A1

This payment method is only available to A1 subscribers. To deposit an amount with this payment method, you need to select from the deposits page and select the amount you want to deposit from predefined options. The phone number from your game profile will be entered automatically. Then click on the deposit button, the page will reload and you will see a field where you will have to enter the user code that you will send to the phone number from your profile. After entering this code, the deposit will be credited immediately. The maximum limit is per calendar month and resets on the 1st of each month.

Credit/Debit card

You can deposit with MasterCard, Maestro, Visa or Visa Electron Credit/Debit cards. In order to deposit with this payment method, you need to select it from the deposit page on our website. Then you need to fill in your credit card information. The information required for a successful deposit is the following: Name of the cardholder, 16-digit card number, expiry date, and CVV code.

EasyPay

You can deposit funds with this payment in two different ways: By receiving a payment code after requesting a deposit at our website or by providing your UCN directly at any Easypay cash desk. • In order to deposit with Easypay using a payment code, you need to access the Deposit section on our website, select Easypay and type in the amount which you want to deposit. After clicking the deposit button, you will receive a 10-digit payment code. This payment code must be provided at any Easypay cash desk along with the amount you wish to deposit. The code is valid for 24 hours. • In order to deposit directly by providing UCN, you need to visit any Easypay cash desk and request a deposit with Easypay. You will be asked to provide your UCN and to pay the amount which you want to be deposited in your account on our website. The amount will be credited in your account momentarily. This option is available only for deposits in BGN.

ePay.bg

In order to deposit with this payment method, you need to have a personal profile on the site of Epay. In the deposit page of our website, state this option and the amount you want to deposit. After clicking the deposit button, you will be forwarded to the Epay page where you will have to log in with your Epay profile and complete the deposit. Keep in mind that Epay has its own limits for deposits and withdrawals which are depending on your user level on their website. More information is available on their website section "Clients" > "Other" > "Microaccount".

FastPay

In order to deposit with FastPay you need to visit a FastPay shop. You have to confirm that you want to deposit funds on WINBET and you need to provide your UCN/PNF with which you have registered on our website. A list of all FastPay shops, you can find on their website.

Cash Terminal

Cashterminal allows you to deposit at more than 1600 devices across the country. In order to deposit with this payment method, you have to directly visit any Cashterminal and select the WINBET icon in the menu. You will be asked to provide your UCN and the amount you would like to deposit. After inserting the amount in the device, the funds will be credited to your account on our website momentarily. This payment method is available only for deposits in BGN.

Skrill or Neteller

In order to deposit with this payment method, you need to have a previously created personal profile on Skrill or Neteller website. To complete a deposit, you must select it from the deposit page, the amount of the deposit and enter the email with which you are registered on Skrill's website. After clicking the deposit button, you will be forwarded to Skrill's website from where you will have to Log In to your Skrill or Neteller profile and complete the deposit.

1.5. Please note that to successfully request a withdrawal request, all your deposit methods have to be verified. Therefore, for example, if you have made a deposit to your User Account by Skrill and later on you have deposited to your User Account with a card, and verified only your card payment, your payment request will be rejected, and you still will need to verify your Skrill deposit method. To prevent such cases, please do not leave the verification of the payment method till the end, as in cases if the method used is closed/deleted from your side, you might be required to still communicate with the payment methods provider, to provide you with the necessary documentation to verify your payment method.

1.6. All deposits to your User Account are added instantly once the funds successfully come through to our bank account. In case of technical issues, where the payment has not come through, please contact our friendly customer service team who will assist you in finding out the issue.

2. Withdrawals

2.1. Withdrawal requests are processed daily, every hour from 08:00 - 22:00.

2.2. The minimum amount you can request to be withdrawn from your User’s Account to your payment institution's account is BGN 20.00 / EUR 10.00.

Credit/Debit card

The withdrawal must be requested through your gaming profile. In order to withdraw your funds, all requested documents must be provided and verified. After your request has been successfully processed by our payments team, the withdrawal amount will be on your bank card in 1 to 5 business days for Bulgarian banks and 1 to 10 work days for foreign banks.

Bank Transfer

The withdrawal must be requested through your gaming profile. In order to withdraw your funds, all requested documents must be provided and verified. After your request has been successfully processed by our payments team, the withdrawal amount will be transferred to your bank account in 1 to 5 business days for Bulgarian banks and 1 to 10 business days for foreign banks.

EasyPay

The withdrawal must be requested through your gaming profile. In order to withdraw your funds, all requested documents must be provided and verified. After your request has been successfully processed by our payments team, you will receive a message and you will be able to receive your funds at any Easypay shop.

ePay.bg

The withdrawal must be requested through your gaming profile. There must be at least 1 successful deposit with this payment method. In order to withdraw your funds, all requested documents must be provided and verified. After your request has been successfully processed by our payments team the withdrawal will be credited to your Epay account immediately.

FastPay

The withdrawal is requested through the account, and to be able to request it, you must have verified your account in advance. Once you request a withdrawal, it should be processed by our teams. As soon as the withdrawal is processed, you will be able to receive the amount at each FastPay cash register.

Skrill or Neteller

The withdrawal must be requested through your gaming profile. There must be at least 1 successful deposit with this payment method. In order to withdraw your funds, all requested documents must be provided and verified. After your request has been successfully processed by our payments team it will be credited to your Skrill or Neteller account immediately.

2.3. If your User Account’s balance is less than the minimum allowed amount and you deposit funds to your Users Account for the sole purpose to reach the minimum allowed withdrawal amount and request a withdrawal, please note, that your withdrawal request may be rejected, as such transaction violates our Terms and Conditions, as any deposit has to participate in gambling activities (placed bets) before the withdrawal request can be made.

2.4. Any withdrawal processing fees to your payment institution will be covered by us with exception international transactions which may have increased transaction fees. In cases when international transaction fee exceeds domestic transaction fee, the cost shall be covered by the User by deducting the amount from the withdrawal amount.

2.5. Depending on the payment method you have used to deposit to your User’s Account, it may take up to 10 business days to receive your withdrawal request to your payment institution's account, due to interbank payment processing.

2.6. Please note that apart from all your used deposit method verification, your User Account has to be verified as well, for more detailed information please refer to the Customer Verification page.

2.7. The withdrawal request may be delayed or rejected, if we require any additional information from you by the law. In such cases you will be notified by email, to answer a few simple questions and/or additional documentation.

3. Additional rules and information

The following methods need to be verified in the following way:

  • - Skrill, Neteller, Paysayfe

To verify the payment method, please send a full profile screenshot from the payment method, that includes your personal and payment details, the screenshot has to include the full URL of the Skrill's, Paysafe’s or Neteller's profile page.

  • - Card payment

To verify your payment card, please send us the screenshot from the created deposit or a pdf file of the same that will include a complete personal and payment details, as well a partial card number and IBAN to which account this card is linked.
