Terms of Use

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (AS THE TERM “TERMS AND CONDITIONS IS DEFINED BELOW”) GOVERNS THE USER`S USE OF THE WEBSITE, THE SOFTWARE, THE SERVICES AND THE INFORMATION (AS THE TERMS “WEBSITE”; “SOFTWARE”, “SERVICES” AND “INFORMATION” ARE DEFINED BELOW). IF THE USER DOES NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, USER SHOULD NOT CONTINUE USING THE WEBSITE. USER`S CONTINUED USE OF THE WEBSITE IS ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FORM A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE USER AND THE ORGANISER. TERMS TOGETHER WITH THE PRIVACY POLICY AND THE RULES (COLLECTIVELY THE “TERMS AND CONDITIONS”) CONSTITUTE THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE USER AND THE ORGANISER REGARDING THE USER`S USE OF THE WEBSITE, THE SOFTWARE, THE SERVICES AND THE INFORMATION AND SUPERSEDE ANY OTHER AGREEMENT (WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN) BETWEEN THE USER AND THE ORGANISER REGARDING THE USER`S USE OF THE WEBSITE, THE SOFTWARE, THE SERVICES AND THE INFORMATION. THE RULES ARE SUBJECT AT ALL TIMES TO THE TERMS AND IN THE EVENT OF CONFLICT TERMS TAKE PRIORITY OVER THE RULES.

Certain words and phrases are defined in the Terms and Conditions. In addition, in the Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases have the following meanings:

1. Definitions

Organiser – within the meaning of these Terms, the organiser Everbet BG EOOD (UIC 207058661), address at ul. "Otets Paisiy" 42, 9000 Varna, Bulgaria is a company incorporated in Bulgaria, which is subject to regulation by the National Revenue Agency of the Republic of Bulgaria, and is licenced according to the Gambling Act.

User – a person who visits Organiser`s Website and uses the provided services.

Account – a User account is a close access page created by the User upon registration at www.everbet.bg. User uses the account only in his own name and personally.

Bet – means any bet, stake, wager or similar made by the User in relation to the services. The bet guarantees the User’s obligations to the Organiser.

Betting limit – the maximum permissible bet determined by the Organiser for each particular outcome.

Placement of a bet – an agreement between the Organiser and the User on placement of a bet in the wager organised by the Organiser, on conditions of which the losing party must fulfil its obligations to the other party.

Betting – a game in which a User makes a bet on the possible result of a sports game the result of which can be predicted. The winning in betting depends on the fact whether the User predicted result matches the actual, documentary proved facts.

Outcome – the result of a sports game or, in respect of which the Organiser offers a winning coefficient and the User has placed a bet.

Promotions – means all bonuses and promotions that the User can receive a benefit from, including but not limited to registration bonus, promotions on games or bets, and other promotions that are allowed under the in accordance with regulatory enactments.

Gambling – means any type of betting, gaming.

Event – a sporting event, which is taking place and in respect of which the Organiser offers a bet.

Offer – a list of events with outcome coefficients created by the Organiser for placement of bets.

Winning – an amount of money credited by the Organiser to the User if he wins.

Bet return – a winning, which is calculated using the coefficient 1.

Live bet – a bet that is made only during the relevant Event and whose coefficients are constantly updated during the event in accordance with the current situation of the Event.

Coefficient or Odds– a figure by which a bet is multiplied if the User has correctly predicted the event.

Deposit – an amount of real money transferred by the User to the Organiser’s account when replenishing the User account for making bets.

Withdrawal – an amount of real money transferred by the User from the Organiser’s account, when winning is paid out, money is transferred to Users bank account or other verified Users payment method.

Device – mean any application access devices, including but not limited to personal computers, laptops, mobile phones, tablet, hand-held devices employed for the use of and access to the Website and participation in the services.

Gambling Software – means any software, licenced program, data file or other content installed on connection equipment, which enable the User to visit, connect and join in the services.

Information and Organiser`s Data – material and data, including without limitation, marketing programs and materials, results, statistics, sporting data and fixture lists, odds and betting figures, text, graphics, video and audio content, including organiser`s data, which are available to the User on the Website.

Legitimate Winnings – means winnings legitimately and legally won by the User in using the services and that have been won by the User fairly and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and that are not subject to any reasonable objection by the Organiser, less the following: (a) any rake or commission due to the Organiser; (b) other entry or other fees due to the Organiser for the User`s use of the services; and (c) any charge backs made by User`s bank or other financial provider used by the User in relation to the services. For the avoidance of doubt, if the User has breached any of the Terms and Conditions, any winnings won by the User shall not be Legitimate Winnings and therefore, the Organiser shall have no obligation whether under contract or otherwise to pay such to the User.

Membership Application – In order to use the services, User must complete the application for account and membership according to the guidance on the Website.

Rules – means the rules for the different Gambling products and services provided by the Organiser on the Website, as are set out on the Website and as may be amended by the Organiser from time to time.

Random Number Generator (RNG) – is a mathematical construct that is designed to generate a random set of numbers that does not display any patterns in their appearance or generation, hence the word random.

Services – mean the provision by us of gambling and gambling products and services via the Website.

Software – means all software on the Website and/or comprising the Website, including the gambling software.

“us”; “our”; “we” – means Organiser.

Website – means Website www.everbet.bg, which is located on the Organisers servers.

“You; your” – means a User, the person using the Website.

“Your Account” – A User account that is created in www.everbet.bg Website by the User, for User`s use only.

In the Terms and Conditions, references to the singular shall include references to the plural and vice versa and references to the masculine shall include references to the feminine and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.

2. Organiser

2.1. The organiser Everbet BG EOOD (UIC 207058661), address at ul. "Otets Paisiy" 42, 9000 Varna, Bulgaria is a Bulgarian company which is subject to regulation by the National Revenue Agency of the Republic of Bulgaria, and is licenced according to the Gambling Act with issued licences:

• licences number No. 000030-4865/13.06.2025 reflecting the current status of a licence for organising games in a gaming casino, issued by virtue of Decision No. 000030-4187/21.05.2025
• licence number No. 000030-5264/08.05.2024, reflecting the current status of a licence for organising bets on results from sporting competitions and horse and dog racing, issued by virtue of Decision No. 000030-4881/24.04.2024

2.2. If there is any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions and any document or information incorporated by reference, the Terms and Conditions will prevail.

3. Disputes and complaints

3.1. If the User has any questions about the Website or the services, or if the User has any complaint or dispute regarding the services, User may email Organiser`s customer services team [email protected] or use Live chat.

3.2. The User can submit a written complaint or claim to the Organiser within 10 days from the date when the event occurred, by addressing it to Everbet BG EOOD (UIC 207058661), address at ul. "Otets Paisiy" 42, 9000 Varna, Bulgaria. The Organiser shall consider the complaint or claim and give an answer to the User within 15 working days from the date of the receipt of the document.

3.3. 3.4. Alternatively, you may refer the matter for alternative dispute resolution through the EU's Online Dispute Resolution Platform. 4. General Terms

4.1. The Organiser shall act in accordance with regulatory enactments of the Republic of Bulgaria; therefore, in the case of dispute, the effective regulatory enactments of the Republic of Bulgaria will be applied. The National Revenue Agency of the Republic of Bulgaria supervises compliance of the Organiser’s activities with the effective regulatory enactments of the Republic of Bulgaria.

4.2. The Organiser offers gambling service in Website, regularly updating daily Offer and other gambling offering available in Website.

4.3. The User is informed and acknowledges that the provided service in the Website imply the element of luck and randomness. By paying a participation bet, the User may gain the winning or lose the bet without any winning, which wholly or partially depends on luck and circumstances that have not previously been known to anyone. Where the element of luck is based on computerised random number generator (RNG), the fairness of the game is certified in internationally recognized independent certification and testing authority and is in no way influenced by the Organiser.

4.4. The Organiser shall be entitled to correct game results or recognise them invalid if the outcome of the game is resulting from a technical failure, 3rd party fraudulent actions or a User`s fraudulent, unlawful actions. If such a correction leads to a negative balance on a User`s account, the User must compensate for the difference by crediting his User`s account with the required amount.

4.5. The Website is available for operation on computer desktops, tablets and mobile phones. The mobile and tablet versions do not support all the options and games that are available in the desktop version. Older hardware or ones with not up-to-date software may not be able to use the Website or not able to use all the options and games that are available Terms apply to all Website Users accessing it from a computer, mobile device and/or any other hardware and/or software.

4.6. The Organiser shall accept bets, complying with the regulatory enactments being in force at the time of placement of the bets. Placing a bet, the User confirms that he has read these Terms and agrees to follow them. The User shall bear full personal responsibility for his betting and account usage.

4.7. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred by the User due to force majeure circumstances (natural disaster, war, any kind of military operations, blockade, fire, flood, storm, strike, explosion or other force majeure circumstances), as well as for any loss or damage incurred by the User due to power failure, problems or outages in telecommunication services or networks, acts or omissions of authorities, the User’s violation or breach, or delays and breach of any other third party. In any of the cases mentioned, the Organiser shall be entitled to completely terminate or suspend the provision of the services without incurring responsibility.

4.8. The Organiser shall not be responsible for such equipment or software problems or failure, regardless of where and by whom this equipment is controlled, which can impede the interactive gambling services, execution of instructions for bet placement and/or registration of bets or prevent the User from contacting the Organiser.

4.9. The Organiser is not responsible for the User's actions on the Website, the Organiser is not responsible for any losses incurred by the User as a result of using the Website. The Organiser is not responsible for the quality of third-party services and does not guarantee that the software will work smoothly, that the software will be suitable for the intended purpose, that the Website and its content will be suitable for all devices and the site, and that its content will work without interruption.

4.10. User warrants and undertakes that User shall not use or access the Website, services, software and/or the information for any purpose that is illegal under any law applicable to the User or prohibited by and/or in breach of the Terms and Conditions.

4.11. In addition to all other representations and warranties set out in the Terms and Conditions, User warrants and undertakes as a condition of User`s use of the services:

4.11.1. is acting on his own behalf, not on behalf of another person;

4.11.2. is not placed under complete or partial judicial disability;

4.11.3. does not consider that he/she has problems with gambling ;

4.11.4. is older than 18 years of age;

4.11.5 is fully aware of the risk of losing money in the process of Gambling and using the services and the Website;

4.11.6. deposits of money into User`s account does not originate from criminal or other illegal or unauthorised activities;

4.11.7. is not conducting criminal or other illegal, unauthorised activities and/or intending to use User`s account in connection with such activities and that User shall not use or allow other persons to use the services and User`s account for any criminal or otherwise unlawful activities including, without limitation, money laundering, under any law applicable to the User or the Organiser;

4.11.8. will keep the username, the account number and the password confidential and prevent unauthorized access or use;

4.11.9. will immediately change the password and notify the Organiser immediately if the username, account number or password is compromised in any way;

4.11.10. is responsible for all activities via the Website and/or device under User`s username, account and password, regardless of acknowledgement or authorisation;

4.11.11. will not use the services, Website, devices, software or the information in any way which interferes or may interfere with other Users;

4.11.12. will not undertake any activity or assist any third party to undertake any activity that degrades or may degrade the operational performance of the services and/or the Website;

4.11.13. will not solicit or seek to obtain other User information by any means;

4.11.14. will not upload and/or distribute any programs, files or data containing viruses, which are corrupted or may affect the programs of the devices, software, services and/or the Websites;

4.11.15. will not collude with third parties, use any device, robot, spider, algorithm, software, routine or other method (or anything in the nature of the foregoing) to interfere or attempt to interfere with the functioning of the services, devices, the software, the Website, information or any transactions offered through the Website;

4.11.16. will not spread any information with content that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, racially or ethnically objectionable, pornographic or profane material, or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law;

4.11.17. is not an officer, director, employee, consultant, affiliate or agent of the Organiser or any company which has a relationship with the Organiser, or a relative of any of the foregoing;

4.11.18. will not impede the proper usage of the services, the Website, the software, devices and/or the information or initiate and/or engage in surveys, contests, chain letters, send/forward "junk mail" or bulk mails;

4.11.19. will use the services solely for personal entertainment and not use the services as a way of conducting a commercial business or as a way of making a living.

4.11.20. will not use offensive language that threatens the life and health and/or undermines the prestige, and/or is offensive towards the Organiser and/or any representatives. In case of detected use of such language, the Organiser has the right to cease communication temporarily or permanently and to report to the authorities.

4.12. Organiser may suspend or cancel User`s account immediately without notice at Organiser`s absolute discretion if the User breaches any of the clauses or obligations stated in any of the Terms and Conditions, and rules published on the Website.

5. Registration of a User on the Website

5.1. The terms and conditions shall come into force between the Parties after the User has completed Membership Application and voluntarily entered his/her personal details in the electronic form. By registering User account, the User declares to have read and understood the Organiser's General Terms and Conditions, that User accept them and undertake to comply with them

5.2. The User shall use his account only in his own name. Placing bets and participating in gambling using different from User`s own credentials is prohibited.

5.3. User warrants that all information supplied when registering and completing the Membership Application is accurate, true and complete, including – citizenship, full names, Personal Identification Number (PIN)/Foreigner's Personal Number (FPN), in case the person does not have a PIN or FPN, than the following must be submitted: ID, details of the ID, date of birth, permanent and current address (in case different than the permanent address) and a valid email address and phone number. Checks for fictitious registration details will be undertaken at the point of registration and when withdrawals are made, and these checks will be undertaken using in house methods and third party tools or databases.

5.4. The User agrees that will voluntarily submit the above mentioned information for the Organiser to collect and use as an administrator of personal data. In the event of incomplete information, false information, use of another party’s name and data, or if a person attempts to register twice, the registration will be deemed invalid and the profile access blocked, unless the Organiser decides that further evidence is required to determine the identity of the User and requests such evidence.

5.5. In the event third party personal data usage, third party account usage, unlawful or fraudulent account usage or registration, and following the conduct of all necessary investigations, depending on the specific circumstances, Website account may be closed, and all funds may be seized or confiscated and for the benefit of the Organiser and the Organiser shall not be liable for any damage and loss of benefits by the User or compensation to the User.

5.6. One User can register only one User`s account in his own name. If the User has used more than one account or used third party details, for the purpose of hiding his identity or avoiding Terms and Conditions of the Website and exceed the limits set by the Organiser, Organiser has the right to annul all bets and all funds may be seized or confiscated for the benefit of the Organiser and the Organiser shall not be liable for any damage and loss of benefits by the User or compensation to the User.

5.7. Users shall be entitled to use the username or registered email and password selected by User to connect the Website. Each User shall use his User`s account personally, without providing information about his individual username and password to any other person. The User shall bear personal responsibility for the confidentiality of the access information and its protection. If this condition is not complied with, the Organiser shall be in nowise responsible for the malicious use of the User`s account by a third party. If the User suspects that the username and password became known to a third party, the User shall promptly change his password in the profile section or inform the Organiser of his suspicions, and the Organiser will issue a new password to the User. If the username and/or password for the User`s account has been lost or made public, the Bets placed on the User`s account cannot be cancelled.

5.8. The services provided by the Organiser can be used only by registered persons who became Users after completion of the registration process within the meaning of the Terms.

5.9. Only a person who has attained the age of 18 years can become a User. Persons under the age of 18 years are prohibited from registering a User`s account. To become a User, a person shall personally open a User`s account. The User`s account is active until the User closes the User`s account by himself or at the initiative of the Organiser.

5.10. To close the User`s account, User`s account and all used payment methods must be verified. User sends a request to the Organiser after which Organiser sends a statement form, which then User must fill in and upload to his User`s account. Organiser, after receiving User`s correctly filled in, uploaded statement form, processes the document within 7 calendar days. Incorrectly filled in form will be considered unvalid and will not be reviewed by the Organiser. In case when User have sent Organiser deactivation request and during the period of the processing of the document User have accessed its User`s account, the deactivation request will be automatically annulled, and User will not be able to request a new one for the next 7 calendar days. After the deactivation request is processed successfully, the Organiser prohibits access to User`s account.

5.11. User declares that he/she is not a current or ex-employee of the Organiser, or a spouse of a current or ex-employee of the Operator, or a direct or collateral relative of a current or ex-employee of the Organiser, their compliance with the regulatory provisions of their state of citizenship and the state where the relevant IP address is located, from which the registration for participation in online betting has been made, and agrees to receive advertising messages from the Organiser in connection Organiser's marketing activities.

5.12. By completing Membership Application, the user declares that he authorises Organiser to use his name and image for promotional purposes, to include him/her in public events and other promotional activities, without additional compensation or payment, except in situations where this is prohibited or contrary to law. The User agrees that after receiving an invitation from the Organiser to attend an event, organised by the Operator the User will respond to the Organiser within the time provided and/or to allow images from the event he attended to be used for marketing purposes, except in situations where this is prohibited or contrary to law.

5.13. Organiser will process User's personal data in accordance with the Website Privacy Policy.

5.14. During the User`s registration, requesting participation in the services, by ticking the boxes “Accept Terms & Conditions” and “I am over 18 years old” User acknowledges and agrees that the User:

- has read, fully understood and accepted all rules and Terms and Conditions; and

- that the Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and the Organiser regarding the use of the services; and

- that the User is at least 18 years old and the User is legally capable individual and possess a valid identification document; and

- the purpose of registering User account in Website is gambling.

5.15. If the User does not agree to any of the Terms and Conditions, User should not tick the box "Accept Terms & Conditions", but rather, immediately discontinue the use of the Website as User cannot use the services without agreeing to the Terms and Conditions.

5.16. The Organiser shall be entitled to refuse registration of a new User`s account or to close a User`s account. We may furnish you with a reasons for such decision, unless otherwise specified in binding regulations

5.17. To register and open a User`s account on the Organiser’s system, the User shall provide to the Organiser the following personally identifiable information:

• - Name, middle name and surname;
• - Date of birth;
• - Personal Identification Number (PIN)/Foreigner's Personal Number (FPN), in case the person does not have a PIN or FPN, then the following must be submitted: ID, details of the ID;
• - Gender;
• - Permanent and current address (in case different than the permanent address;
• - Valid email address;
• - Valid phone number;
• - Username and password;

5.18. The User shall be obliged to provide correct and true personal information. In the case of change of the personal information, the User shall be obligated to update the information in his User`s account. The User shall be obligated to inform the Organiser immediately of changes in the personal information, by introducing appropriate changes on the Website or by writing to the Organiser’s e-mail: [email protected] If the User has not informed of such changes, the last registered data will be considered as binding. If the User has entered false or incorrect information in the User`s account upon registration, the Organiser has the right to cancel all the User’s bets and winnings received, close the User`s account, as well if required inform the law enforcement authorities of the alleged infringement.

5.19. The Organiser shall be entitled to request the User, after registration of the User`s account, to provide additional information and documents in order to prevent unauthorised, unlawful or non-compliant with regulatory enactments use of the User`s account.

5.20. Each household can register only one User`s account. If a household wishes to open several User`s accounts, it shall obtain a separate consent from the Organiser.

5.21. Users that are relatives or live together shall not bet on the same events. If this condition is not complied with, the Organiser may cancel the Bets or reduce their amounts.

5.22. The Organiser has the right to block the User`s account if he has found activities of automated betting programs, syndicate betting, betting bots, sports arbitrage or arbitrage trading and carry out all actions described in clause 5.5.

6. Modifications

6.1. Organiser reserves an absolute right to amend, update and modify (“Changes”) the Terms and Conditions and other Rules (or any part thereof) from time to time. The Users will be notified about such Changes via email not later than 7 days after such Changes come into effect. . The amended, updated or modified Terms and Conditions and Rules will take effect as soon as they have been posted on the Website.

6.2. If a User does not agree with the Changes they will have the statutory right to elect to terminate their agreement with the Organiser and close their Account or request not to be bound by the modified or updated Terms and Conditions and Rules by way of informing the Organiser in writing about their decision within a month after they have been notified about the Changes. If the Users do not make any express written notice as per the preceding sentence they will be deemed to accept Changes and the Changes will be binding for them. Please note that since the Organiser may not apply different versions of Terms and Conditions and Rules to different Users, if a User notifies that he/she wants to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and Rules before the Changes, his/her Account and all access to the service of the Organiser will be terminated.

7. Deposits, Withdrawals and use of the User account

7.1. User has completed Membership Application, a User account with a zero balance shall be opened by Organiser in Website.

7.2. The User shall freely credit funds to his User`s account and transfer them from the User`s account to his personal bank or credit institution`s account at his own discretion and shall always do it personally on his own behalf. User has the right to use payment methods, which have been opened or issued using the User's credentials.

7.3. The User can credit funds in the amount of not less than BGN 10.00 / EUR 5.00.

7.4. The User can transfer funds from the User`s account to his payment method, personal bank or credit institution`s account in the amount of not less than BGN 20.00 / EUR 10.00.

7.5. No transfer funds from the User`s account of the amounts credited funds in the User's account is allowed unless they have been used for participating in gambling (placing bets) in the products made available by the Organiser. The placed bet amount must be not less than the amount credited by the User. If this condition is not met, the Organiser shall reserve the right not to allow any transfer of funds outside User's account and if required Organiser has rights to withhold administrative charges of 10%, but not less than 10.00 BGN / 5.00 EUR.

7.6. User can withdraw funds not more than three (3) times a day.

7.7. The credit institutions commission, for crediting funds shall be covered by the User. The Organiser shall cover the credit institutions or payment cards commission for disbursement of funds. If commissions shall be imposed on User account funding or transfers of funds the Organiser shall inform the User thereof through a publication on the Website. The Organiser, at its discretion, may release the User from the obligation to pay part or all the charges, and may appoint third parties to act as intermediaries for the processing of payments from and to Users.

7.8. At the User’s request, the Organiser shall transfer the funds available on the User`s account to the account of the same credit institution, payment method or payment card, from which the User had transferred the money for gambling (if possible). User is liable for the correctness of the information submitted. In the case when a withdrawal is requested, however, the submitted information is incorrect, the User has no rights to draw claims or objections against the Organiser. If the User is not able to prove that the account used for the payment of the funds belongs to the User, the funds in the User's account will be confiscated and all information will be transferred to law enforcement authorities.

7.9. Organiser shall be entitled to require legible and clear copies (pictures) of Users' ID cards, passport, payment cards, bank accounts, utilities bills and other documentary evidence that User is the holder of account of the credit institution, payment method or payment card (with partially covered card details). In the event of a change or cancellation of the amount requested for fund transfer amount may only be cancelled if not yet processed by the Organiser.

7.10. The User account funding and transfer of funds processing times depend on the payment method selected and in accordance with the time frames specified in the respective section of the Website of the Organiser.

7.11. The Organiser has the right to request notarized documents or to request that those documents are personally presented by the User account holder.

7.12. Deposition of illegally obtained money to the User`s account is illegal. If the Organiser has a suspicion of a fact of deposition of illegally obtained money to the User`s account, Organiser shall inform law enforcement authorities, as a result of which the funds available on the User's account can be frozen, the User`s account – closed, and the funds – seized.

7.13. The funds credited to the User`s account are available to the User after they have been credited to the account of the Organiser’s credit institution or payment method. Organiser before crediting Users account has rights to check that the User has paid in the money personally from his credit institution’s account or payment card. User is obligated to provide the Organiser with any additional information or documentation after Organisers request, to ensure that the User paid in the money personally from his credit institution`s account, payment method or payment card.

7.14. The Organiser shall be entitled to refuse withdrawal to a credit institution, payment method and payment card or deposition of funds to the User`s account; if the User paid in the funds from an account of another person’s credit institution or pay to a credit institution account, payment method or payment card of another person; if the amount of funds paid in exceeds the limits defined in the Terms; or if the amount indicated in the request for replenishment of the User`s account differs from the amount of the funds transferred.

7.15. If the User has mistakenly received an amount of money exceeding the amount payable to him, the Organiser shall be entitled to carry out a proportional reduction of the funds incorrectly credited to the User account. If, after correction of the results, the User account has a negative balance (the User has already used the improperly deposited funds for betting or have withdrawn the funds to his credit institution), the User shall be obliged to reimburse the Organiser for the incorrectly credited funds.

7.16. If in a 6 (six) month period, in the User`s account there has not been registered any transaction and the User still has funds in the User`s account, Organiser will notify the User about it by sending a notification to the registered email address. After sending the notice, the Organiser has the right to deduct a monthly administration fee of 10% of the actual funds in the account, but not less than BGN 10.00 / EUR 5.00.

7.17. When closing the User account, all the funds legitimate winnings available on it, which are not subject to dispute, upon User request shall be paid to the User by the Organiser. After the payment of the funds, all the relations between the User and the Organiser are to be regarded as terminated. The funds, which are subject to dispute shall be confiscated or be frozen on the User`s account until completion of the investigation.

8. Bets and Bet Acceptance Procedures

8.1. Organiser accepts Bets for casino games, sport gambling and other gambling products on the Website. All Bets must comply with the Rules relevant game, event or to each form of Gambling offered by the Organiser on the Website and to the Terms and Conditions, bets that do not comply will be cancelled.

8.2. If an error occurs in relation to the Website or in relation to any Bets or any events or circumstance on which Bets have been made, all relevant Bets shall be void. In the event of any system error in relation to the Website, Organiser reserves the right to void any Bets.

8.6. User is responsible for all use, activities and transactions on User`s account in respect of the following (whether the usage, activity or transaction is authorised by the User or not).

8.7. It is User's responsibility to ensure that the details of Bets placed by the User are correct. Once a User`s Bet has been placed, the User can no longer cancel, revoke, or change the Bet.

8.9. Bets will be deemed valid and accepted by the Organiser when a transaction identification is displayed in User`s account and transaction history is updated.

8.10. When system failure of any type results in an incorrect odd, line or handicap, all Bets in relation to the same will be void. Provided the error, mistake or failure is rectified in time, the Organiser may at his absolute discretion (but shall not be obliged to) make reasonable efforts to contact the User to allow the choice of placing another Bet at the correct odds, lines and handicaps.

8.11. In respect of any Bet and the associated transactions therewith, Organiser`s decision is final and conclusive.

8.12. 9. Settlement of transactions in and out of User`s account

9.1. Organiser shall not in any way be responsible for any error occurring in the payment process in or out of User`s account. Organiser reserves the right to void any Bet or transaction relating to any Bet affected by any error in such payment process. Users must inform the Organiser immediately if User finds that the balance in User`s account does not match the balance that was expected.

9.2. User hereby agrees, warrants and represents that no chargebacks or other cancellations or renunciations of deposits into User`s account will be made relating to User`s account without Organiser' consent. In the event of any of the foregoing occurring, User agrees to indemnify Organiser and hold Organiser harmless against any costs, claims, damages and expenses arising in connection therewith and to refund and compensate Organiser for any losses that would otherwise incur arising from such actions including any expenses incurred by the Organiser in the process of recovering such amounts.

9.3. Should sums be credited to User`s account in error, it is User's responsibility to notify the Organiser of the error immediately and in any event within twenty-four (24) hours of becoming aware of the error or from when User could reasonably be deemed to be aware of the error. Any sums credited to User`s account due to an error will be deemed invalid and if there are sufficient sums in User`s account, such sums will immediately be reversed by the Organiser from User`s account. If there are insufficient sums in the User`s account, User shall immediately return to the Organiser the funds equal to the amount representing the erroneously credited funds. Sums credited to the User`s account in error are not available to use as Bets. The Organiser reserves the right to void any transaction and/or Bet involving sums paid to the User in error. For the avoidance of doubt, where User has a credit balance in User`s account and further sums are erroneously added to this, User is permitted to transact and/or place Bets up to the level of credits available in the User`s account excluding the erroneously added sum.

9.4. Organiser has the right to terminate User`s participation in the services and/or reject withdrawal requests on User`s account if the Organiser suspects any kind of fraud.

9.5. When using a payment card, the cardholder's name must be the same as the name provided in the Registration Form. Organiser reserves the right to reject a transaction in case of discrepancies between the cardholder's information and the information provided in the relevant Registration Form.

10. Promotions and Bonuses

14.4. If the Organiser has been unable to return User`s account`s balance to the User and User does not provide new legitimate payment credentials, a monthly maintenance charge of 10% of the actual funds in the User account, but not less than BGN 10.00 / EUR 5.00 will be applied to the User`s account until User provides new legitimate payment credentials or User`s account balance reaches zero and User`s account is closed. During this period, the User`s account will be suspended, and the User will not be able to make bets.

15.2. Organiser reserves the right to at its sole discretion to (I) suspend or terminate User`s account; (II) terminate the Terms and Conditions with the User; (III) suspend the provision of all or particular the service to the User; (IV) refuse register a User, (V) change, remove or add games or offering, (VI) refuse to accept bets or decrease the max bet amount (VII) make transactional limitations to User account (VIII) refuse to accept payments; (IX) require additional or proof of information from User; (X) remove bonus from User account or remove User from promotion or promotions in general; (XI) refuse the pay out of winnings and void them, if they have been acquired as a result of a fault in the software.

15.3. 15.3.1. User or persons living at the same address as User have more than one active account with Organiser;

15.3.2. User, or people associated with the User, may have directly or indirectly influenced the outcome of an event on which Organiser accepts bets;

15.3.3. User, or people associated with the User, may have access to insider knowledge that can influence the outcome of an event on which Organiser accepts bets;

15.3.4. the name and surname that the User provided to the Organiser does not match the name and surname on the credit or debit card or other payment account used to make deposits to User`s account;

15.3.5. User provides incorrect or misleading registration information;

15.3.6. Identification information requested by the Organiser was not provided by the User;

15.3.7. User is not over the age of 18;

15.3.8. User has requested charged back procured against the Organiser or denied any of the transactions or deposits that User made to User`s account;

15.3.9. User has deposited or sought to deposit money originating from criminal or other illegal or unauthorised activities to User`s account;

15.3.10. Organiser reveals that User is committing or attempting to cheat or commit fraudulent activities (including syndicated actions);

User employs or seek to make use of an artificial intelligence or other system (including machines, computers, algorithms, software or other automated systems) designed specifically to defeat the system operated by Organiser or the User is found to have colluded or attempted to collude with other Users in order to defraud the Organiser (or other Users);

15.3.12. User allows (intentionally or unintentionally) a third party to use User`s account;

15.3.13. In the event of abuse or attempted abuse.

17. Adding to and/or deleting from the services

18. Account limits, pay-out limits and maximum bets

18.1. 21. Non waiver

21.1. In the event that the Organiser fails to enforce any provisions of Terms and Conditions, this will not render a waiver of the rights to enforce such provision or influence the effectiveness of Terms and Conditions or impede any further action by the Organiser.

22. Severability

22.1. If any parts of the Terms and Conditions are determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such terms will be separated from the others to that extent while the others will continue to be valid and enforceable to the full extent permitted by law.

23. Third party rights

23.1. Nothing in the Terms and Conditions will create or confer any right or benefit in favour of any third party other than the User and the Organiser and whether under legislation or otherwise.

24. Transfers

24.1. Users are not allowed to transfer, assign or novate any part of Terms and Conditions to any third party.

24.2. Organiser is entitled at any time to transfer, assign or novate any part of the Terms and Conditions to any third party.

25. Notices

25.1. Any notice Organiser gives to the User (unless stated otherwise in Terms and Conditions) will be sent to the email address User provided to the Organiser when the User registered with Organiser. Any such notice will be deemed served twenty-four (24) hours after dispatch by the Organiser.

26. Governing law and Jurisdiction

26.1. Users agree that the access to the services, Website, software, the information and the interpretation of Terms and Conditions is governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

26.2. 26.3. In the event of a discrepancy between the General Terms and Conditions in Bulgarian language and their translated versions, the Bulgarian text will prevail.
